I spent hours today trying out different infographic design tools and making my first infographic. After visiting many sites, I made my choice: Easel.ly. This website is still in beta form, so its features will probably improve, but this was, by far, the most user-friendly infographic generator I tried. Users select a theme and get going right away.

Great job, Joey! I think I have been intimidated by at the thought of creating an infographic because all the ones that I have seen are so fabulous (yours included)! I like that you kept it simple.
ReplyDeleteLooks nice! Info-graphics beyond VennDiagrams seem completley beyond me. I know Catherine Huber and Bree did variations on an infographics project several times over the last year, many of which used the "repeated image as histogram" trope.
ReplyDeleteI also saw an amazing font last week that turns straight numeric text into amazing resizable charts and graphs. We live a world of FONT-based technology!
